A down payment of 50% of the agreed sales price is due 14 days after the sales agreement is signed and received by CAS. Any design or component ordering for your bicycle or frame does not start till the down payment is received. This down payment is non-refundable and must be in the form of a money order or banks cashiers check. Absolutely no personal checks. The remaining balance of the sales price will be due during shipment receipt with UPS COD or ground freight COD for tandems.

CAS makes only a limited number frames/bicycles. All orders are on a first serve, first come basis. We feel its important to be honest about this up front, lead times could be as long as 6 months. We will make every effort to accommodate your order, but we have limited resources at this time.

All our paint jobs are custom. You can pick out the colors you want from your local automotive paint supply dealer that sells DuPont Chroma systems paint. Send us the color codes and we'll use those colors. Or if you'd like we'll select the color and go from there. If a requested paint job is beyond our capacity it will be subcontracted out to a specialists. Any additional costs for a special paint job will be passed on to the customer.

Dealers retailing the CAS bicycle product will be solely responsible and liable for assembling and providing post assembly adjustments and safety inspection of the CAS product.

CAS has a high quality product, which is free from manufacturing defects. All CAS frames carry a 5-year manufactures defect free warranty. All warranties are void if the product is subject to abuse, crash damaged, modified in any way, repainted, and or improperly used. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty returns. Please ship returns freight prepaid after receiving a return authorization number.

You can return any CAS product after 30 days upon receiving the product if you are not satisfied with it for any reason. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid after receiving a return authorization. All returns will be subject to a 19% restocking fee based on the sale price. The merchandise has to be in the same condition that it was when it was shipped from CAS or no refund we be allowed. We will refund your purchased price minus the 19% restocking fee. No merchandise will be accepted after the 30 day period unless it is a warrantee return.

Bicycling has inherent dangers, which are beyond the liability of the manufacture. All purchasers of the CAS bicycle product will sign a form releasing CAS from rider and component failure induced personal liability.
