MEASUREMENT EXPLANATIONS:
Please try to get measurements to the nearest 1/8 inch or better. Frame dimensions are in order of usefulness, frame dimension & angles (10 though 12 ) are difficult to measure and not necessary to design your frame, but they are helpful if you can obtain them.
CL is centerline. Measure centerline to centerline of the tubes
BB is the bottom bracket

FRAME MEASUREMENTS

BB height. CL of bottom bracket (BB) to the ground.

The wheel base. CL of front wheel axial to CL rear wheel axial.

Frame size. CL of the BB to top most part of the seat tube.

Seat to crank length rider position. Measure from the top of the seat intersection point of the seat tube CL to the CL of the BB.

Top tube rider position. Measure from the intersection of the CL of the seat tube on the top of the seat to the CL of the handle bar stem.

Top tube length. CL of the top most part of the seat tube to the top most CL part of the head tube.

Top of saddle CL of seat tube intersection to the ground. Helps establish seat height and general rider position.

Head stem CL to the ground. Helps establish head stem length and angle and general rider position.

Chain Stay length. CL of the BB to CL of the rear axial.
